Trained from a young age in piano, oud, guitar, and vocal music, he pursued advanced musical studies in Belgium and quickly gained recognition for his distinctive voice as a composer — particularly through his acclaimed operatic works.
Samir’s musical universe embraces both tradition and innovation. He regularly conducts choirs and orchestras, exploring classical repertoires as well as contemporary creations. A gifted arranger and co-composer, he has collaborated with a wide range of artists including Abid Bahri, the Sawt Trio, Guy Danel, Naziha Meftah, the Ensemble Fragments, and Bushra El-Turk.
